How Shado works
Shado captures what happens in your life, builds a model of it, and uses that model to decide what you work on next.
CAPTURE
what you write, while it is still what happened rather than what you remember happening.
MODEL
Memories, the people and contexts inside them, and the Connections between things you described months apart.
GUIDE
the weekly read: what the model says, brought back to you as something you can actually decide about.
ADAPT
what you work on next, shaped by what the model has learned.
The full loop
Experience → Capture → Reflect → Remember → Connect → Map → Understand → Journey → Try → Update
01
Capture
While it’s still real, not reconstructed a week later.

02
Connect
Shado writes back quoting what you actually said. What mattered becomes a Memory. Weeks later something rhymes with it, and Shado shows you both — and why.

03
Understand
On Sunday your Guide has actually read your week and helps you step back.

04
Work on it
What you work on next is shaped by what the system has learned.

Starting from zero with yourself, or building on what you already know.
| Without a system | With Shado |
|---|---|
| Something happens | Something happens |
| You react | You capture it while it’s real |
| You think about it later | Shado reflects it back |
| Maybe you journal | What matters becomes a Memory |
| Maybe you search it | Connections accumulate |
| Maybe you mention it next week | Sunday, you step back |
| The moment passes | Your map grows |
| Something similar happens | You work on what matters |
| You start from zero again | You can see what changed |
The difference isn’t effort. It’s whether any of it accumulates.
What Shado does not do
It does not diagnose you. It does not score you. It does not have a personality that hands out advice as an authority. And it does not claim to know anything you did not tell it — everything on your map traces back to something you wrote, and you can open it and check.
The therapy question
Shado is not therapy and is not a substitute for it. Therapy is the deepest version of this work. Shado is for the space around it: the days between sessions, the years before someone starts, and the ordinary weeks where the thing you need is not treatment but a clearer view of your own life.
